The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, BISE Peshawar Board every year organizes the matric and intermediate exams according to the prescribed schedule. The matric exams are generally conducted one month earlier to intermediate exams. The annual exams of matriculation are organized in the month of March and date sheet is issued in February.
The intermediate exams by the Peshawar Board are conducted every year in the month of April/May. For the year 2017 the annual exams of Matric will start from March 12 while intermediate annual exams will be start from April 23, 2017. The Board of intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar is the dominating board of Peshawar division and has the authority to handle all the educational matters of all the lined areas. To provide educational services to all the students of division it conducts the exams in a fair and impartial way. The board started working to conduct matric and inter exams in 1961. So far thousands of thousands students have taken degrees in various areas. District Peshawar, F.R. Peshawar and Khyber Agency, District Charsadda, Shabqadar and Mohmand Agency and District Chitral areas are linked with the board. The exams of matric and intermediate are conducted in separate parts.
