HEC Launches Online Complaints Portal for Students

Despite lack of funds, Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has been trying to automate and digitize its operations. Processes like the Degree Attestation Service and Degree Equivalence Service can now be carried out remotely.

The commission has recently launched a new portal which will enable students to get their higher education related complaints resolved.

Zubair calls for fostering quality education

Governor Sindh Mohammad Zubair has said that quality higher education was the basis for prosperity in every sphere of life and that it promotes an era of accelerated progress for any country.
This he said while addressing the national research programme for universities award distribution ceremony at Governor House here on Friday.
Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC), Dr Mukhtar Ahmed, and Vice Chancellors of various universities also attended the programme.

200 Sindh students to get education in Islambad

Sindh Minister for Education and Literacy Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar has said that Sindh education department is striving hard to provide better education facilities to the students of rural areas of Sindh.
This he said while witnessing an MoU signing ceremony between Sindh Education Foundation and A Q Khan Schooling System Islamabad, said a statement on Thursday.
